摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平对妊娠期高血压患者凝血酶指标、MAP、24h尿蛋白、TP、ALB水平的影响。方法将108例妊娠期高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组采用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合硝苯地平治疗,两组疗程均为14天,对比分析两组治疗前、后凝血酶指标、MAP、24h尿蛋白、TP、ALB水平变化。结果观察组PT、APTT治疗后较治疗前增加,而FIB较治疗前显著降低,PT、APTT显著高于对照组,而FIB显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组MAP及24h尿蛋白水平治疗后较治疗前显著下降,观察组MAP及24h尿蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TP及ALB水平治疗后较治疗前显著增加,观察组TP及ALB水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平作用于妊娠期高血压患者与改善凝血酶指标、降低MAP和24h尿蛋白水平、提升TP和ALB水平相关。
Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine on thrombin parameters,mean arterial pressure( MAP),24-hour urine protein,TP,and ALB levels of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy( HDCP). Methods A total of 108 HDCP patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by conventional symptomatic treatment,while the patients in observation group were treated by conventional symptomatic treatment combined with nifedipine. The courses of treatment in the two groups were both 14 days. The changes of thrombin parameters,MAP,24-hour urine protein,TP,and ALB levels before and after treatment in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results PT and APTT after treatment in observation group were higher than those before treatment,FIB after treatment was lower than that before treatment,PT and APTT in observation group were higher than those in control group,FIB in observation group was lower than that in control group,there were statistically significant differences( P〈0. 05); MAP and 24-hour urine protein after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,MAP and 24-hour urine protein in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 05);TP and ALB levels after treatment in observation group were higher than those before treatment,TP and ALB in observation group were higher than those in control group,there were statistically significant differences( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Nifedipine can improve thrombin parameters,reduce MAP and 24-hour urine protein,raise TP and ALB levels of HDCP patients.
