摘要
目的检测早发型子痫前期患者与正常晚期孕妇血清及胎盘组织中可溶性内皮因子(sEng)及一氧化氮(NO)的表达,并探讨两者在早发型子痫前期发病中的作用及关系。方法随机选取2012年8月~2013年12月在该院妇产科建卡并分娩的孕妇90例,平均分为3组,分别为正常晚期妊娠组、轻度早发型子痫前期组和重度早发型子痫前期组。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测3组孕妇血清中sEng及NO浓度的变化。用免疫组化SP法检测3组孕妇胎盘组织中sEng及NO浓度的变化。结果早发型子痫前期组孕妇血清及胎盘组织中sEng水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);而NO水平均明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。早发型子痫前期组患者血清与胎盘组织中sEng水平分别与相应部位的NO水平呈负相关(r=-0.237,P〈0.05;r=-0.189,P〈0.05)。结论孕妇血清及胎盘组织中sEng及NO水平变化与早发型子痫前期发病及病情发展密切相关。
Objective To detect the expressions of soluble endoglin (sEng) and nitric oxide (NO) in serum and placental tissue of pregnant women with early-onset preeelampsia and normal pregnant women during the third trimester of pregnancy, and explore the roles and relationships of sEng and NO in occurrence of early-onset preeclampsia. Methods A total of 90 pregnant women who established cards and had delivery in the hospital from August 2012 to December 2013 were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups equally: normal third-trimester pregnancy group, mild early-onset preeclampsia group, and severe early-onset preeclampsia group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the changes of serum sEng and NO levels in the three groups. [mmunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the changes of sEng and NO levels in placental tissues in the three groups. Results The levels of sEng in serum and placental tis- sue in early-onset preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P〈0.01 ) ; while the levels of NO in serum and placental tissue in early-onset preeelampsia group were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0. 01 ) . In early-onset preeclampsia group, sEng levels in serum and placental tissue were negatively correlated with NO levels in serum and placental tissue, respectively (r=-0. 237, P〈0. 05; r=-0. 189, P〈0. 05) . Conclusion The changes of sEng and NO levels in serum and placental tissue of pregnant women are closely correlated with occurrence and progression of early-onset preeclampsia.
