摘要
利用超声滚压加工具有细化和均匀零件表面金相组织等优于传统滚压工艺的特点,把超声滚压工艺应用于铝合金零件的精加工,以提高铝合金零件的表面质量和机械性能。根据超声滚压的频率和振幅因加工材料不同而不同的特性,基于等效电路原理,针对7050铝合金套筒的外圆超声滚压加工,专门设计了相应的换能器,并利用有限元软件对其进行了模态分析及谐响应分析。分析结果表明,所设计的换能器的纵振频率、振幅等技术参数能满足预定材料的超声滚压加工要求,设计是合理和可行的。
As the characteristics of refinement and uniform surface microstructure is better than that of traditional rolling process,ultrasonic rolling process is used for finishing machining of aluminum alloy part to improve its surface quality and mechanical properties. Considering the characteristics that the frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic process are different from processing materials,a special transducer is designed based on the principle of equivalent circuit for 7050 aluminum alloy cylindrical ultrasonic rolling processing device. Taking modal analysis and harmonic response analysis by finite element software,the results show that the technical parameters such as longitudinal vibration frequency and the amplitude of transducer can meet the ultrasonic rolling requirements of predetermined material,the design is feasible.
