摘要
当下,多媒体教学、远程教育、网络课程、微课堂等等新传播手段让教育形式变得多样化,而大部分传统主流农科教育课程仍拘泥于单一的课堂填鸭模式,如何利用新形式为课堂教育服务、优化师生的讲授与接收模式成为新的挑战。《茶叶生物化学》是茶学专业的必修课,是主流农学教育课程的代表课程之一。本文以《茶叶生物化学》为例,剖析该课程的一线教学现状;从学生的知识认知和体系构建的过程出发,提出尝试性对策,以期让新型传播媒介更好地为课堂教育服务,提升"教学力"与"学习力",为培养应用型创新人才打好基础。
Nowadays, education type has been diversified on account of novel communication means such as multimedia teaching, distance education, network curriculum, and micro-class. However, most of the mainstream agricultural curriculums are still confined to a single mode of spoon-feeding, therefore, using new forms to serve the classroom education better and optimizing the mode of teaching and learning become a new challenge. Tea biochemistry is one of the compulsory courses for college students majoring in tea science, and is a typical course of the mainstream agricultural curriculums. This paper takes tea biochemistry course as an example to analyze the first-tier teaching status quo of the course, and put forward tentative countermeasures from the process of cognitive system and constructing structure, so as to make better service for the classroom education, promote "teaching strength" and "learning strength" by novel communication means, and lay foundation for applied innovative professional talents.
