卡通片联合奖励方法在学龄前儿童静脉穿刺中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察卡通片联合奖励方法在学龄前儿童静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4~7月我院收治的需静脉输液的学龄前儿童100例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组按常规实施静脉输液护理方法,观察组在此基础上给予观看卡通片联合奖励方法,比较两组患儿静脉穿刺过程的配合程度以及家长的满意度和护理投诉率。结果观察组有44例(88.0%)患儿主动配合穿刺,而对照组仅2例(4.0%),故观察组患儿静脉穿刺时配合程度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组患儿家长的满意度为100.0%,且无护理投诉发生,故观察组家长的满意度高于对照组,护理投诉率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论卡通片联合奖励方法有助于提高患儿穿刺成功率和依从性,缩短护理操作时间,减少护理投诉,提高护理工作满意度。 Objective To observe the application effect of cartoons combined with reward method on venepuncture of preschool child. Methods 100 cases of preschool children with venepuncture in our hospital from July to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine venous transfusion nursing care,observation group was used cartoons combined with reward method on the basis of control group.The compliance degree by venipuncture,parents′ satisfaction and nursing complaint rate in two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,44 children patients(88.0%) received the initiative with the puncture,the control group was only 2 cases(4.0%) with the puncture.So,the compliance degree of venepuncture in observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). The parents′ satisfaction in observation group was 100.0%,and no nursing complaints occurred.So,the parents′ satisfaction in observation group was higher than the control group,nursing complaint rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Cartoons combined with reward method help to improve the success rate of venepuncture and compliance in children patients,shorten the time of nursing operation,reduce nursing complaints,improve nursing satisfaction.
