摘要
提出一套智能电子助力(i Booster)制动系统,与电动汽车的再生制动系统相协调,实现制动能量回收的最大化。该电子助力制动系统以电机作为助力源,摒弃了传统制动系统的真空助力器。通过弹簧和液压力的协同作用,实现踏板力的反馈。文章对该系统的主要构成结构进行介绍,结合仿真和台架试验验证了其可行性。
One kind of iBooster brake system is put forward, to be combined with a regenera- tive braking system in electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs). Instead of vacuum booster in the conventional braking system, one electric motor is used as assisted source, to drive the master cylinder. Through the use of springs and hydraulic pressure, pedal force feedback is realized. The features of the actuator mechanism and simulation/testbench test results are described.
