摘要
农业信息服务体系建设是实现中国农业信息化和现代化的重要保障,"四化同步"战略是对解决中国"三农"问题路径的科学判断。从"四化同步"战略的目标入手,分析推进工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化发展与加强农业信息服务体系建设的关系。在此背景下提出农业信息服务体系建设包括农业信息服务组织体系建设,综合性农业信息服务平台建设,农业信息服务核心系统建设,农业信息服务评价体系建设等。并针对具体需求和建设内容,从加强农业信息服务平台建设、加强乡(镇)及村级基层信息服务站运营模式创新、加强基于多元主体的农业信息服务体系建设模式研究和加强农业信息服务评价体系建设四方面,提出"四化同步"战略视角下我国农业信息服务体系的建设思路。
The construction of agricultural information service system is an important guarantee to realize the Chinese agriculture informationization and modernization, to achieve ＂Synchronous Development of Industrialization, Information Technology, Urbanization and Agrieul-tural Modernization （SDIIUAM）＂ is a scientific judgment on the path to solve the problem of ＂agriculture, rural areas, and farmers＂ problem in China. Starting from SDIIUAM strategic objectives, the paper analyzed the relationship between the development of ＂industrialization, IT application, urbanization, agricultural modernization＂ and enhancing the construction of agricultural information service systems. At the same time, further clarified the specific content of agricultural information service system construction under this background： the construction of agricultural information service organization system; the construction of comprehensive agricultural information service platform; the construction of the core system of agricultural information service; the evaluation system of agricultural information service. Finally, according to the specific needs and content of construction, from the four aspects： strengthening the construction of agricultural information service platform, enhancing innovation of the information service station＇s operation mode in the township （town） and village level, improving research on construction mode of agricultural information service system based on pluralistic main body, and strengthening the construction of agricultural information service evaluation system, forward ideas for improvement of China＇s agricultural information service system from the perspective of SDIIUAM strategy were put forward.
