摘要
圆筒式永磁调速器是一种新型磁力传动装置,通过改变导体转子和永磁转子之间的耦合面积来调节扭矩进行调速,具有传动平稳、有过载保护、可软启动、节能环保等优点。传动特性是永磁调速器性能的一个重要方面,且影响因素较多,为了分析传动影响因素,先建立数学模型,并根据转矩表达式找出结构尺寸和材料方面的因素,之后选定主要因素(磁体极数、磁体尺寸、导体径向长度、导体电导率、气隙宽度、转差)进行仿真分析,运用Ansoft软件建立仿真模型,分析静态和瞬态时气隙磁感应强度,并对每个因素进行单一变化的三维瞬态仿真,得到各因素变化对传动转矩的影响曲线,分析变化原因,得出结论,可为圆筒式永磁调速器结构尺寸优化设计、电机转速和导体材料选择提供一定依据。
The cylindrical permanent-magnet governor with the advantages of smooth transmission, overload protection, warm boot, energy saving and environmental protection is a new type of magnetic transmission device, and it adjusts revolving speed by changing the coupling area between conductors rotor and permanent magnet rotor to change torque. Transmission characteristic is one of the important indicator reflected performance of governor, and it is affected by many factors, and in order to analyze the factors affecting transmission, we first established the mathematical model and found the impacting aspects in structure size and material according to the expression of torque, and then selected the main factors (the number of magnet, the size of magnet, the length in radial direction of conductor, conductivity of conductor, the length in radial direction of air gap, rotative speed difference) to do simulation analysis, and used Ansoft software to build simulation model, and the static and transient of magnetic induction intensity in the gap were analyzed and the 3D transient analysis of the changed im- pact factors separately were processed, then we obtained the influences of the factors on the torque curve, and after the analysis of the curve and drawing conclusions, we provided a reference for structure size optimization design, conductor material and motor speed selection of the cylindrical permanent-magnet governor.
