摘要
以聚醚嵌段酰胺(Pebax1657)和多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为膜材料制备了Pebax/MWNTs混合基质膜(MMMs),研究了MWNTs对混合基质膜各种性能的影响。MWNTs在Pebax基质中形成团聚,它的加入抑制了Pebax中PA链段的结晶,导致结晶度下降;MWNTs加入后膜材料变脆,与纯膜相比,Pebax/MWNTs MMMs的弹性模量增大,而断裂伸长率和拉伸强度降低。另外,加入MWNTs后混合基质膜气体渗透系数大幅度提高,而CO2/非极性气体选择性基本不变,打破了聚合物中渗透系数和选择性之间常见的trade-off关系,即MWNTs的加入显著提高了膜材料的气体分离性能。
Poly( amide-6-b-ethylene oxide)( Pebax1657) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes( MWNTs) were used to prepare Pebax / MWNTs mixed matrix membranes( MMMs). The effect of MWNTs on the performance of Pebax /MWNTs MMMs was studied. MWNTs are agglomerated in Pebax matix. The crystallization of Pebax decreases with the addition of MWNTs. Pebax / MWNTs MMMs are brittler than pristine Pebax membrane. Compared with pristine Pebax membrane,the elasticity modulus of Pebax / MWNTs MMMs increases,while the strain at break and the tensile strength decrease. For gas permeation properties,the gas permeabilities of Pebax / MWNTs MMMs substantially increase with the addition of MWNTs,while CO2/ light gases selectivities almost do not change,which break through the common trade-off relationship between gas permeabilities and selectivities. The gas permeation properties of Pebax are remarkably enhanced by the incorporation of MWNTs.
