摘要
采用熔融接枝法制备了相容剂硫磺接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-S),同时制备了不同硫磺(S)含量的聚丙烯(PP)/PPg-S/S改性纤维材料。分别用哈克转矩流变仪、红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪、熔体流动速率仪、扫描电子显微镜对接枝相容剂进行对比分析,再用旋转平板流变仪研究了S含量对PP/PP-g-S/S改性纤维材料的动态流变行为的影响。结果表明,在过氧化二异丙苯的引发下可以通过熔融接枝法制得相容剂PP-g-S,而且相容剂PP-g-S对PP/PP-g-S/S改性纤维材料起到了明显的增容作用;随着S含量的增加,PP/PP-g-S/S改性纤维材料的复数黏度、储能模量、损耗模量及损耗因子均增大,Cole-Cole曲线圆弧半径增大,零剪切黏度增大、S呈均相均匀分散。
Initiated by DCP, sulfur grafted polypropylene(PP-g-S) was prepared in melt, which was used as a compatibilizer in a fiber material PP/PP-g-s/S. The compatibilizer was analyzed by Haake torque rheometer, infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance, melt flow indexer, and SEM. The effect of dosage of sulfur on the dynamic rheological behavior of PP/PP-g-S/S fiber was studied using a rotating plate rheometer. It was found that sulfur was homogeneously dispersed. With increasing sulfur content, all the complex viscosity, storage modulus, loss modulus, and loss factor, radius of Cole-Cole curve, zero shear viscosity increased.
