摘要
总结了湖南省农业科学院科技扶贫的7种典型模式,即:驻村帮扶带动、示范基地带动、技术培训推动、科技特派员带动、院地合作推动、科技项目带动和产业专家服务团模式,并提出了重视扶贫规划编制、科技扶贫应精准施力、加强新型职业农民培训、积极培育农业战略性新兴产业等进一步做好科技扶贫工作的建议。
This paper reviews seven typical modes of supporting poor areas with technology by Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, i.e. technical aid station at villages, demonstration base, technical training, scientific special coordinator, the cooperation of the academy and local governments, science and technology project, and industrial expert service group, so as to promote and guide the poverty alleviation; and puts forward some suggestions of further overcoming poverty and achieving prosperity with science and technology.
