摘要
[目的] 建立水产品中孔雀石绿、隐色孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐色结晶紫、亮绿的快速检测方法。[方法] 采用氯化钠溶液与二氯甲烷液液萃取净化,建立快速检测水产品中孔雀石绿、隐色孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐色结晶紫、亮绿的超高液相色谱-串联质谱方法。[结果]孔雀石绿、隐色孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐色结晶紫、亮绿5种化合物的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.992,信噪比均在10以上,加标回收率为80.40%~119.70%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~6.2%,说明该检测方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。[结论] 建立的UPLC-MS-MS方法适用于水产品中亮绿、孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物的检测。
[ Objective] The aim was to establish rapid detection method of malachite green, leuco-malachite green, crystal violet, leuco-crystal violet and bright green in aquatic products. [ Method ] The compounds were extracted and purified with sodium chloride solution and dichloromethane to establish UPLC-MS-MS for rapidly detecting malachite green , leucomalachite green, crystal violet, leucocrystal violet and bright green in aquatic products. [ Result] The correlation coefficients of the standard curve of five kinds of compounds( malachite green, leuco-mal- achite green, crystal violet, leueo-erystal violet and bright green ) were all more than O. 992, the signal-noise ratio ~'as al~ more than 10, and the addition recovery was 80.40% -119.7% with RSD of 3.4% -6.2%, which indicated that the detection method had good accuracy and precision. [ Conclusion ] The established UPLC-MS-MS is suitable for detecting malachite green, leuco-malachite green, crystal violet, leuco- crystal violet and bright green in aquatic products.
