摘要
以济谷16为试验材料,设孕穗期追施尿素0、5、10、15、20、25、30 kg(666.7m^2用量)7个水平,抽穗后每隔7天测定不同追肥处理济谷16顶四叶的叶绿素含量,成熟期测定株高、茎粗、穗长、穗粗、单穗粒重、千粒重、小区产量等指标。结果表明:同一时期不同追肥水平间相同部位叶片叶绿素含量差异不显著,不同追肥水平间株高、茎粗、穗长、穗粗、单株干草重、千粒重差异均不显著;各追肥处理均提高了产量和单穗粒重,其中以666.7m^2追施尿素10 kg,单穗粒重和产量最高,分别比不追肥对照增加17.31%和13.02%。因此本试验条件下,对于666.7m^2单产水平在350~400 kg的谷子,孕穗期追施尿素10 kg左右较为适宜。
In order to confirm the optimal application amount of nitrogen for foxtail millet cuhivar Jigu 16, 7 levels of urea were designed as 0, 5, 10, 15,20, 25 and 30 kg per 666.7m2 for topdressing at booting stage in this experiment. The SPAD value of the top four leaves was determined with SPAD - 502 ( Konica Mi- nolta) every 7 days after heading; the plant height, stem diameter, panicle length, panicle diameter, grain weight per spike, 1 000 - grain weight and yield of every plot were measured in mature period. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of the same place leaves, plant height, stem diameter, panicle length, panicle diameter, dry weight of single plant and 1 000 - grain weight were not significantly different between different nitrogen levels. Topdressing nitrogen increased the yield and grain weight per spike, which were the highest when topdressing 10 kg nitrogen per 666.7m2, and increased by 17.31% and 13.02% respectively compared to no topdressing. Therefore, topdressing 10 kg urea at booting stage was optimum under this experi- ment conditions for foxtail millet varieties with 350 -400 kg grain yield per 666.7m2.
