摘要
目前市场上芝麻油掺伪的现象日趋严重,急需建立一种快速的检测方法,准确地区分纯正芝麻油和掺伪芝麻油。利用中红外光谱技术,对纯芝麻油、掺入大豆油的芝麻油和掺入菜籽油的芝麻油进行分析,通过不同的预处理方法建立最优定性模型,应用最优模型进行预测,预测结果准确率达100%。结果表明,中红外光谱技术在芝麻油掺伪检测方面是可行的。通过分析实验,对下一步工作重点也做出了规划。
At present,the phenomenon of adulteration of sesame oil in the market is becoming more and more,so establishment a method of rapidly distinguish between pure sesame oil and adulteration of sesame oil become urgent need.In this paper,by using middle infrared spectrum technology,with pure sesame oil,mixed with soybean oil sesame oil and mixed with rapeseed oil sesame oil analysis,through different pretreatment method to establish the optimal qualitative model,the optimal model was used to predict,prediction accuracy of 100%.By analyzing the experimental results,the focus has made the next plan.
