摘要 产教融合是实现校企深度合作,提升人才培养质量的有效途径。湖南化工职业技术学院在建设好特色专业群的基础上,建立"校中厂"产教融合平台。通过制定双人才培养方案、实施双教学培养标准、打造双师教学团队和开发新型课程体系,探索实现校企深度融合学校层面上的顶层设计和运行机制,提高学校办学水平和人才培养质量。 The production-education integration is an effective mean of realizing the deep cooperation between colleges and education and improving the quality of personnel training. Hu' nan Chemical Vocation Technology College has established "factory in school" production-education integration platform on the basis of building good professional group with characteristics. By making the double- oriented talent training scheme, implementing the double-oriented teaching standards, building dual-qualification teaching staff and developing the new curriculum system, the college has been exploring at the top-level design and operational mechanism at the level of school for realizing the profound school-enterprise integration, so as to improve the quality of school running and personnel training.
