液体染色剂在烟草包衣种子加工中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 以MS云烟87种子为材料,探索液体染色剂在烟草包衣种子生产中的应用效果及对包衣种子外观质量和种子萌发的影响。结果表明,液体染色剂使用时的粘合剂浓度对包衣种裂解时间、单粒抗压强度及种子萌发影响较大,浓度越高,包衣种裂解时间越长、单粒抗压强度越大,且在温室漂浮育苗盘中的种子萌发时间越长。通过比较发现,使用50%的粘合剂浓度处理的包衣种外观质量和萌发效果都较好,符合标准要求。不同浓度、不同产地的液体染色剂处理的包衣种外观质量均较理想,且对种子萌发无不良影响。试验结果显示,使用10%的进口液体染色剂或20%的国产液体染色剂上色后的包衣种颜色效果较理想。
