摘要 门控器检修平台是以信号转接控制箱为核心,以示波器为主要检测手段,对比门控器总成为参照物的综合性平台,主要功能是对门控器进行检测、维修、测试。平台集成了开关车门的相关控制信号和驱动负载,在门控器工作原理的基础上,把复杂系统简单化,把大的控制系统桌面化。通过对比测试,快速发现故障原因并及时排除故障,完成控制器的芯片级维修。 Door controller maintenance platform is based on the signal switching control box as the core,the oscilloscope as the main means of detection,the door controller unit as a reference,the main function is to detect,repair,test of door controller. The platform integrated the open or close control signal of the door and the driving load,based on the working principle of the door,the complex system is simplified,and the control system is made into desktop. Through the contrast test,the reason of the fault is quickly found out,and the chip level maintenance of the controller is realized.
