摘要
制造压力容器时,由于某种材料的短缺问题,需要进行材料代用。材料代用要注重把握以厚代薄、以高代低的原则,切实保证材料代用不对压力容器整体产生较大影响,保证压力容器整体性能的稳定。基于此,主要对压力容器制造过程中的材料代用问题进行研究,主要分析了材料代用的基本原则、基本程序,并对材料代用过程中可能出现的问题进行阐述,以期能为压力容器制造过程中的材料待用问题提供参考和建议。
Pressure vessels manufacturing,due to some material shortage,need to be material substitute. Material substitution should pay attention to grasp with thick and thin,with the principle of high and low,to ensure material substitute not overall larger impact of pressure vessel,ensure the stability of the overall performance of pressure vessel. In this paper,the pressure vessel manufacturing materials substitute problem in the process of research,mainly analyzes the basic principles of material substitution,basic procedure,and the possible problems in the process of material to substitute the related elaboration,hope this research can for pressure vessel in the process of manufacturing materials to provide some reference and Suggestions with the question.
