热泵技术在大型公共建筑中的应用

摘要 介绍目前国内大型公共建筑制冷供热能耗以及主要的几种供冷供热方式(地源热泵系统、燃煤锅炉+冷水机组、燃气锅炉+冷水机组、燃油锅炉+冷水机组),比较这几种供冷供热方式的初投资、运行成本以及维护费用。建立成本数学模型进行全寿命周期成本分析,给出影响寿命周期成本的主要因素,简要分析几种主要热泵形式的优缺点。结合我国地理及气候分布,给出国内不同区域大型公共建筑供热供冷的几点建议。 The cooling and heating energy consumption and several ways of heating and cooling(ground-source heat pump system,coal-fired boiler+chiller,gas boiler+chiller,oil boiler+chiller)now used in the current large public buildings are introduced.The differences of initial investment,operation cost and maintenance cost between these heating and cooling modes are also introduced.LCC mathematical model is established to analyze the life-cycle cost,and the main factors that affect the life-cycle cost are pointed out.The advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of main heat pumps are analyzed.Combined with geographical and climate distribution in China,some suggestions on heating and cooling modes applied in large public buildings of different areas are put forward.
