摘要
基于三相永磁同步电机转子磁场定向矢量控制,设计一种电动缸集中力加载系统控制策略,分时实现电动执行器迅速伺服控制和精确力加载控制。推导了电机输出与电动缸输出的函数关系和电动缸控制模型,基于电动缸输出与电机输出的线性关系,设计控制算法。仿真结果验证了该控制策略的有效性。
Based on three- phase permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) field oriented vector control,the control strategy for a centralized force loading of electric cylinder system is designed,to achieve electric actuator servo time- sharing control and rapid precise force loading time- sharing control. The motor control model and simplified model of electric cylinder model are derived,the control algorithm is designed based on the linear relationship between the PMSM output and the output of the electric motor cylinder. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.
