摘要
采用催化湿式过氧化物氧化法(CWPO)处理环氧氯丙烷生产废水,回收盐的饱和溶液,通过采用正交试验法L_9(3~4)考察了反应温度、反应时间、p H值、双氧水和七水合硫酸亚铁加入量等因素对化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响。结果表明:反应温度30~40℃、反应p H值3.0、双氧水加入量225 m L/L、七水合硫酸亚铁加入量27 g/L、反应时间60 min的优化条件下,回收盐的饱和溶液经CWPO工艺处理后,COD由19 050 mg/L降至5 925 mg/L。
The saturated solution of recycling salt of epichlorohydrin production wastewater is treated by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation process (CWPO). The factors affecting the removal rate of chemical oxy- gen demand (COD) are studied, such as reaction temperature,reaction time, pH value, H2O2 dosage and FeSO4 · 7H2O dosage by orthogonal experimental design L9 (34). The results show that under the opti- mized conditions of reaction temperature 30 -40℃, pH = 3.0, H202 dosage 225 mL/L, FeSO4 · 7H2O dosage 27 g/L and reaction time 60 min, the COD of the saturated solution of recycling salt treated by CWPO is decreased from 19 050 mg/L to 5 925 mg/L.
