摘要
国内暴恐事件中网络谣言具有以制造社会恐慌为主要政治目的、以事件发生地域为谣言热点区域及向外围扩展具有关联炒作性等显著特点,会产生危害社会安定稳定、扰乱社会公共秩序、瓦解社会信任体系的严重后果。究其原因,暴恐事件中网络谣言之所以能够大量产生和广泛传播,与信息供需矛盾、媒体过度报道、心理干预缺失、部门多头管理等因素有着密切关系。其消弭途径可以从加强暴恐处突能力、规范媒体新闻报道、发挥民间组织力量、完善部门联动机制、严厉打击网络谣言,增加应急安全教育等方面入手。
In domestic violent and terrorist incident,internet rumors,which will put the social stability,good society order and its credit system at risk,have the following features： generating social panic,taking the site of event as a hot spot,and expanding the related hype. The reasons that the internet rumors are able to spread widely and swiftly are tied up with the contraction between supply and demand of information,excessive reports by media,lack of mental interventions,multiple managements from different departments and so on. And in order to solve the problem,some effective measures can be taken： we can enhance the ability to deal with emergency of violence and terror,regular media reports,develop civil organizations,improve the links between relevant departments,strike sever blows on internet rumors,increase emergency educations and so on forth.
