宁德港区不同作业码头媒介生物差异性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过宁德港区不同作业码头媒介生物的差异,研究媒介生物情况的影响因素。方法鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、蠓、蚤、蜱、螨分别采用鼠笼法、人帐诱捕法、蝇笼法、粘捕法、网捕法及寄主体采集法。结果 (1)共捕获鼠形动物6种310只,其中沙石码头121只,镍矿码头189只,两地优势种均为褐家鼠,但属构成及密度有差异;(2)共检获螨18只、蜱4只、蚤0只,种属较单一,多为褐家鼠体表检获,镍矿码头鼠体染虫率高于沙石码头;(3)捕蝇6 737只,其中沙石码头625只,密度17.86只/笼·日;镍矿码头6 112只,密度174.69只/笼·日,两地种属构成差异不大,优势种均为大头金蝇;(4)沙石码头成蚊以白纹伊蚊为优势种;镍矿码头成蚊以致倦库蚊为优势种;(5)沙石码头优势种为美洲大蠊,镍矿码头为德国小蠊,且镍矿码头的密度远高于沙石码头;(6)蠓类未捕获。结论宁德港鼠形动物和蝇类密度较高;两个码头媒介生物种群分布基本一致,镍矿码头的生境更有利于媒介生物的孳生。 Objective This article explores the influencing factors of medical vectors by analyzing the differences among various vectors at different operation docks in Ningde Port areas. Methods Methods such as rat trapping,mosquito trapping,fly trapping,stick- catch,net- catch and host collecting are adopted respectively to capture rats,mosquitoes,flies,cockroaches,midges,fleas,ticks and mites. Results( 1) 310 murine- like animals totaling 6 species are captured at the chosen docks,among which 121 are captured at sand and gravel operation docks and 189 at nickel ore operation docks. The dominant species at these two docks are sewer rats,but their genus composition and density are different.( 2) 18 mites,4 ticks and 0 fleas are seized in total. Their species are comparatively simple,most of which are seized from the body surface of sewer rats. The rat infestation rate at nickel ore operation docks is higher than that at sand and gravel operation docks.( 3) 6737 flies are captured in total,among which 625 are captured at sand and gravel operation docks with a density of 17. 86 flies per cage per day and 6112 at nickel ore operation docks with a density of 174. 69 flies per cage per day. The genus composition at these two docks is slightly different and the dominant species at these docks are all chrysomyia megacephala.( 4) The dominant species at sand and gravel operation docks is aedes albopictus and the dominant species at nickel ore operation docks is culex fatigans.( 5) The dominant species at sand and gravel operation docks is periplaneta americana and the dominant species at nickel ore operation docks is German cockroach. The density of cockroaches at nickel ore operation docks is much higher than that at sand and gravel operation docks.( 6) No midges are captured.Conclusion The density of murine- like animals and flies at operation docks in Ningde Port areas is comparatively higher than that of other vectors. The species distribution of vectors at two operation docks is almost the same.The nickel ore operation docks are more conductive to the growth and reproduction of these vectors.
