摘要
目的探讨原发性肺淋巴瘤的常见及少见CT表现,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析2011年4月至2015年5月6例经病理证实的原发性肺淋巴瘤的CT表现,其中5例行CT平扫加增强扫描,1例仅行平扫。结果本组6例CT表现中,多发结节和/或肿块3例,肺炎样实变1例,混合型2例。支气管充气征4例,血管造影征4例,小空洞1例,晕征3例,短毛刺征1例,胸膜凹陷征2例,胸腔积液2例。结论空气支气管征伴轻度支气管扩张及血管造影征是原发性肺淋巴瘤较有特征性的影像表现,有助于本病的CT诊断。
Objective To investigate the usual and unusual CT findings of primary pulmonary lymphoma,in order to improve the diagnosis level of this disease.Methods Six cases of primary pulmonary lymphoma confirmed pathologically from April 2011 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Five patients underwent plain and enhanced chest CT scan and one was performed plain chest scan only.Results In 6 cases,CT findings showed：there were 3 cases with multiple masses or nodules,1 case with multiple consolidations,2 cases were combined changes.Air bronchogram was found in 4 cases with nodules;Angiogram sign were observed in 4 cases;Small cavity was found in 1 case;Ground glass opacity was found in 3 cases;Short spiculation was found in 1 case;Pleural retraction was found in 2 cases;and Pleural effusion was found in 2 cases.Conclusion There are some characteristic features of the air bronchogram with mild bronchial dilatation and angiogram sign,which is helpful for CT diagnosis of primary pulmonary lymphoma.
