摘要 膨大剂(CPPU)为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体,制备了膨大剂分子印迹传感器。用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法法研究了该电极的选择性和灵敏度。结果表明,该分子印迹电极对膨大剂分子具有良好的催化作用和选择性。在p H为4.8的醋酸及其钠盐的缓冲溶液中,峰电流与膨大剂浓度在0.05 mg/m L^2.0 mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为0.01 mg/m L。所建立的电化学分析方法操作简便,可直接用于西瓜中膨大剂含量的测定。 Forchlorfenuron(CPPU) as a template molecule, o-phenylenediamine as functional monomer, preparation and characteristics of molecularly imprinted electrode for forchlorfenuron were studied, set up a new electrochemical analysis method for determination of forchlorfenuron. By cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry method to study the selectivity and sensitivity of the electrode, the results showed that the molecularly imprinted electrode had significant catalytic reduction and selective action for forchlorfenuron molecule. In pH=4.8 of acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, the current and the concentration of forchlorfenuron within 0.05mg/m L-2.0 mg/m L showed a good linear relationship, and the minimum detection limit was 0.01 mg/m L. The method was simple, can be used for the determination of content of forchlorfenuron of the watermelon.
