新疆师范大学双语免费师范生基本情况调查及分析 被引量:1

摘要 2010年起,新疆维吾尔自治区实施免费师范生教育,并在免费师范生培养院校推行汉民一体化教学。这一举措旨在推进少数民族双语教育,提高少数民族教育质量,以期实现新疆的跨越式发展和长治久安、加强各民族间的交流交往以及增强国家认同感和中华民族的凝聚力。汉语水平及能力是影响免费师范生汉民一体化教学质量的一项重要因素,文章以新疆师范大学为例,对双语免费师范生汉语能力进行了调查与分析,调查发现,新疆师范大学双语免费师范生入校前汉语学习系统规范、文字基础较好,具备了一定的汉语阅读及理解能力。但是,在大学学习过程中,不少学生依然存在语言障碍,汉语专业基础知识相对薄弱,对于汉语学习的认识不够等问题,这在一定程度上会影响汉民一体化教学的效果。针对这些问题,文章提出应在教学方法与手段的改革及优质教学资源利用等方面深入思考并提出了行之有效的解决方法。 The program of sponsored students of teacher education courses has been implemented in Xinjiang autonomous region since 2010, and the integrated teaching of Chinese and ethnic group students has been applied in education institutions enrolling the sponsored students. This measure aims to promote bilingual education and improve the education quality of ethnic groups,to enhance Xinjiang's long-term prosperity and security,to strengthen the exchange among all ethnic groups,and to enhance the national identity and unity of Chinese people. The Chinese language competency and capability is an important influence on the quality of the integrated teaching of the sponsored students. Using Xinjiang Normal University as a case study,this article investigated and analyzed the Chinese language capabilities of the sponsored students.The findings indicate that the sponsored students in Xinjiang Normal University have studied Chinese systematically with sound language foundation knowledge,and have certain level of Chinese reading and comprehension skills. However,in undergraduate studies,a number of students still have language barriers,relatively weak Chinese knowledge foundation,and lack of motivation of Chinese language study. These factors,to an extent,impact the quality of integrated teaching of the Chinese and ethnic group students. To address these issues, the article suggests innovation in teaching methods and approaches and application of quality teaching resources,and recommends effective measures for resolution.
