摘要
代谢组学技术是从整体角度出发,宏观建立患者的代谢物图谱来确定疾病的生物标记物,以达到诊断及治疗为目的。近年来,代谢组学研究已取得了一定成就,此前有学者运用代谢组学技术研究中医血虚证、血瘀证、气虚血瘀证、心血瘀阻证、脾气虚证、肝郁证、肾虚证、肾阳虚证、肾阴虚证以及肝郁脾虚证等均取得了一定的成果。故笔者将探索运用代谢组学研究特发性肺纤维化中医证候学研究意义,为今后特发性肺纤维化的诊断治疗开拓新思路。
The metabonomics technology macroscopicly establishes the patients' metabolite map to determine the biological markers of disease for diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,it has achieved some accomplishments to a certain extend.There are scholars obtaining a certain achievements to studyTCM syndromes,including the syndrome of blood deficiency,blood stasis,qi-deficiency and blood-stasis,heart blood stagnation,spleen qi deficiency,stagnation of liver qi,kidney deficiency,kidney-yang deficiency,kidney-yin deficiency and liver depression and spleen deficiency,by the metabonomics technology.The authors would explore the research significance on TCM syndrome science of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis by means of metabonomics technology,for providing the new idea of diagnosis and treatment on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the future.
