摘要
目的:观察壮医药线点灸对带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)患者患处皮肤p38 MAPK基因表达的影响。方法:选择10名健康志愿者作为正常对照组;10例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为空白对照组;选择符合纳入标准的躯干PHN患者20例作为火针观察组、20例作为药线点灸观察组。采用荧光实时定量PCR法分别检测正常对照组、空白对照组、火针治疗后火针观察组及药线点灸治疗后药线观察组的p38 MAPK基因表达,并比较治疗前后火针观察组及药线观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化。结果:p38 MAPK在空白对照组表达最高,与正常对照组、火针观察组及药线点灸观察组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);火针观察组及药线观察组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸治疗PHN的作用机制可能与调节p38 MAPK基因表达有关。
Objective：To observe the effects of the medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang traditional medicine on the relative expression of p38 MAPK mRNA in postherpetic neuralgia patients.Methods：Ten healthy volunteers were recruited as the normal group.Ten postherpetic neuralgia patients were chosen as the control group.Forty trunk postherpetic neuralgia patients according with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into the fire needle group and the medicated thread moxibustion group,20 patients in each group.Patients in the fire needle group and the medicated thread moxibustion group received respectively the fire needle and the medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang traditional medicine.After treatment,the relative expression of p38 MAPK mRNA in all participants were detected respectively by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR.The visual analogue scale of patients in the fire needle group and the medicated thread moxibustion group were compared before and after treatment.Results：The relative expression of p38 MAPK mRNA in the control group was higher obviously than that in the other groups（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the Visual analogue scale of patients were lower obviously than that of patients in the fire needle group and the medicated thread moxibustion group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The mechanism of the medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang traditional medicine on postherpetic neuralgia might be relevant for regulating the relative expression of p38 MAPK mRNA.
