摘要
勤工助学团队作为一种新型的组织形式已成为高校图书馆不可或缺的力量,以河南大学图书馆为例,按照"管理—服务—发展"的理念和有效机制的建立;通过阶梯式管理和规章制度的组织保障,以及在招募、培训、档案、日常管理、考核奖励各个环节方面提供多种岗位,组织品牌特色活动和解决学生实际困难等,实现勤工助学团队创新模式的发展,达到图书馆与勤工团队共同发展的目的。
As a new form of organization,the work-study program team has become an indispensable force in university library's steady running.Taking Henan University Library as an example,this paper set up an effective mechanism based on the idea of management-service-development,and adopted laddered management strategy and organizational guarantee of rules and regulations.In the aspects of recruiting,training,archives work,routine management,and appraisal and reward,it explored the innovative management modes by offering various positions,organizing brand activities and meeting students' practical needs,to achieve common development of library and work-study program team.
