摘要
基于VC++软件开发平台,设计了汽车空调控制面板综合检测系统试验台。介绍了试验台检测系统基本结构,主要包括旋钮、拨杆、按钮3个检测系统的结构,说明了其测试工作原理、控制系统软硬件的详细情况、控制流程,以及检测系统的测试过程。针对某类型空调控制面板样件的旋钮、拨杆、按钮进行了测试。结果表明,该检测系统采集的数据与实际操作时的情况吻合,可以满足厂商对汽车空调面板的要求。
Based on the VC + + development platform,test system of automotive air conditioner panel was developed. Firstly,the basic structure was introduced,which included of three parts: the knob,shift lever and button. Then,its working principle,hardware parts and software parts of this control system were illustrated in detail. Meanwhile,the whole control process was introduced. In the end,the knob,shift lever and button of one panel from certain manufacturer were tested. The results show that this test system completely meets real working conditions and also the demand of factory.
