摘要
我国加快建设社会主义文化强国,北京作为全国文化中心,担负着辐射带动全国文化发展、引领我国参与国际文化竞争等重任。北京大力发展文化创意产业,推进历史文化名城保护,完善文化公共服务体系,多方撬动文化消费,带来我国文化"走出去",巩固了全国文化中心地位。与全球公认的文化中心城市相比,北京在文化设施建设、文化产业发展等方面还存在差距。建议北京积极巩固文化创意产业支柱地位,深化文化惠民工程与公共文化服务体系建设,加强名城保护与文化交流合作,推动全国文化中心建设取得更大成效。
Since China tries to make it as one of the strongest socialist culture nations in the world, as the national culture center of China, Beijing is responsible for leading the development of China's culture and the participation in international cultural competition. Beijing has been making all efforts to develop cultural and creative industries, take the preservation and development of historical and cultural heritages to a new level, improve the public cultural service system, stimulate mass cultural consumption, and to bring Chinese culture "going out", by dong so the nation's cultural center status has been consolidated. There are still big gaps in cultural facilities and industries between Beijing and those cities which are recognized as cultural centers of the world. It is suggested that Beijing should actively strengthen the cultural and creative industries, deepen cultural projects and construct better cultural service system, strengthen the protection of cultural heritages, and expand cultural exchange between China and foreign countries.
