摘要
目的:观察疏血通注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:选取急性缺血性脑卒中患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用疏血通注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗。结果:治疗组临床疗效、抗炎疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后NHISS评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CRP、C3与C4水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒临床效果显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuxuetong Injection（ SXTI） in combination with Xingnaojing Injection（ XNJI） on acute ischemic stroke. Methods： One hundred patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added SXTI in combination with XNJI based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The clinical curative effect and anti-inflammatory effect of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the CRP,C3 and C4 levels of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SXTI in combination with XNJI has the remarkable clinical curative effect on acute ischemic stroke.
