摘要
从接入性、稳定性、业务质量和小区负载等维度提炼出评估LTE小区性能的综合指标,在密切跟踪此类指标变化的同时,通过代价因子与小区吞吐能力相结合,形成一种新的类博弈模型。根据小区切换的个性偏移参数与服务小区及邻区均相关的特性,提出一种基于类博弈模型的切换算法。该算法能够自动衡量目标服务小区的性能,在不牺牲客户感知的前提下,大幅提升小区的吞吐能力。与传统的LTE切换算法相比,该算法能够在减少乒乓切换的同时进一步降低服务小区的负载。最后通过Matlab仿真验证了该算法的效率、性能,以及与代价因子的关系。
A set of aggregative indicators is refined for evaluating LTE cell performance from access, stability, service quality and re- source utilization. While tracing these significant indicators, they are combined with cell throughput by the cost factor, which formed a so-called similar game-based model. According to the characteristic that cell individual offset parameter is related to both the serving cell and its neighbor cells, it proposed a new LTE SGHA Csimilar game-based handover algorithm) switching algorithm. SGHA will automatically calculating the cell's performance indicators and improve the cell's ability while keeping the subscribers' perception. Comparing with the traditional A3 algorithm, SGHA can reduced the ping-pong switching times and lower the serving cell' s load. Finally, mathlab is used to build a simulation platform, test the performance of SGHA, including its efficiency, performance and its relationship with cost factor.
