桥梁伸缩缝跳车冲击效应的模型实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了由弹性车轮和刚性车体组成的车辆模型及槽型铝合金桥梁模型,通过步进电机控制系统牵引车辆匀速移动,对移动车辆通过桥梁伸缩缝时的局部冲击与整体冲击效应进行了实验研究.局部冲击效应用车辆经过伸缩缝处时的前轮动态轮压作为评价指标,整体冲击效应则用桥梁跨中动挠度代表.实验表明,桥梁伸缩缝跳车时的局部冲击效应显著,而整体冲击效应不明显.实验同时分析了行车速度、小车质量及伸缩缝宽度等对冲击效应的影响. When a vehicle traversing a bridge expansion joint, the vehicle bumping occurs and the impact load of the tire is the main cause of the damage of the bridge structure. In this study, the vehicle model composed of elastic tire and rigid body is established, and the bridge model is represented by U-bar of aluminum alloy. Using a step motor control system to drag the vehicle at a constant speed, the local and global impact of the vehicle crossing the bridge expansion joint is investigated experimentally. The effect of local impact is represented by dynamic load of front tire while it is running over the expansion joint, and that of global impact is represented by the dynamic deflection at the middle span of bridge model. The experimental results indicate that the local impact is significant from the vehicle bumping at the expansion joint, but the global impact is not obvious. In addition, the effect of the width of expansion joint, the velocity and the mass of vehicle on the impact load are also discussed.
