摘要
目的观察隔药灸对炎症性肠病大鼠天枢穴区TRPV1、TRPV3蛋白表达的影响,探讨隔药灸治疗炎症性肠病的穴位局部启动机制。方法采用雄性清洁级SD大鼠建立炎症性肠病模型。将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、模型隔药灸组、正常隔药灸组。正常组、模型组不予任何治疗;模型隔药灸组和正常隔药灸组均取天枢穴施以隔药灸干预。干预结束后,采用免疫组织化学法(Immunohistochemistry)检测各组大鼠天枢穴区TRPV1、TRPV3蛋白的表达。结果隔药灸干预后,模型隔药灸组TRPV1蛋白的表达水平显著高于正常组、正常隔药灸组(均P<0.01)以及模型组(P<0.05);模型组与模型隔药灸组TRPV3蛋白表达水平均显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论调节穴区TRPV1、TRPV3可能是隔药灸治疗炎症性肠病的穴位局部启动机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of indirect moxibustion on the protein expressions of TRPV1, 3 in Tianshu ( ST 25 ) acupoint area of rats with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) , and to explore the mechanism of indirect moxibustion in treating IBD. Method Male SD rats of clean grade were used to develop IBD models. The rats were randomized into normal group (group A) and model group (group B), model indirect moxibustion group ( group C) and normal indirect moxibustion group ( group D). Group A and group B didn' t receive intervention. Group C and group D received indirect moxibustion at Tianshu ( ST 25). At the end of the intervention, the protein expressions of TRPV1, 3 in Tianshu (ST 25 ) area were detected by using immunohistochemistry. Result After indirect moxibustion, the protein expression of TRPV1 of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group D ( P 〈 0.01 ) and group B ( P 〈 0.05 ) , respectively. The protein expression of TRPV3 of group B and group C were significantly higher than that of group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Regulation of TRPV1, 3 in Tianshu (ST 25) area is possibly one of the mechanisms of indirect moxibustion in treating IBD.
