12只雄性中华田园犬随机分为对照组、模型组和治疗组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,模型组和治疗组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上,饮食中添加乙二醇、氯化铵、碳酸钙和维生素D。待试验犬尿液中出现大量草酸钙结晶后,对治疗组犬只灌服中药复方汤剂。试验过程中检测试验犬血液生化指标(包括血清中钙、镁、磷含量)和尿液指标(包括尿液晶体数量变化、尿比重、尿蛋白和尿液pH值)。结果显示:试验开始21d后,模型组与治疗组尿沉渣中出现大量草酸钙结晶;经药物治疗后,治疗组尿沉渣晶体数量比模型组逐渐减少;与模型组相比,治疗组能降低血清中钙、磷含量,降低尿液比重,增加尿液pH值。结果表明:对试验犬连续灌服该中药复方汤剂,可以降低尿液饱和度、减少尿液晶体的形成,从而不同程度的抑制犬尿结石的形成。
The experiment was designed to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） compound potion on the formation of calcium oxalate crystal in the urine of dogs. 12 healthy male canis lupus familiaris were randomly divided into 3 groups,which were the control group, the model group and the treatment group. The dogs in control group were fed with basal diet. The dogs in model group and treatment group were fed with basal diet plus glycol, ammonium chlo- ride, calcium carbonate and vitamin D. Once a large number of calcium oxalate crystals appeared in the urine of the experimental dogs,the potion of TCM compound was orally administrated to the dogs of treatment group. During the experiment,the blood biochemistry index （including the con- tent of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus） and the urine index（including the number of crys- tals,special gravity, protein and pH） were detected. At 21 d post-experiment,a large number of calcium oxalate crystals appeared in the urine sediment of model group and treatment group. By treating of TCM,the quantity of crystals in the treatment group was less than that of the model group. Compared with the model group, the treatment group reduced content of serum calcium, and phosphate,reduced urine special gravity, and increased urine pH. Continlous administration I： of TCM compound can reduce urine saturation, reduce the formation of urind crystals, therefore inhibit the formation of urinary calculi in different degrees.
