摘要
将多壁碳纳米管-十二烷基磺酸钠(MWCNT-SDS)分散液滴加到玻碳电极表面制备化学传感器,以循环伏安法和示差脉冲伏安法研究乙草胺在MWCNT-SDS修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:相对于多壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极,MWCNT-SDS修饰玻碳电极提高了乙草胺的还原活性。在pH为6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,还原峰电流值与乙草胺的浓度在5.0×10^(-8)~4.5×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为5.2×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1)。方法用于市售农药中乙草胺的测定,结果与气相色谱-质谱法测定结果一致,加标回收率在100%~102%之间。
A chemical sensor was prepared by dropping a dispersion of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT)-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The electrochemical behaviors of acetochlor at the modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). It was showed that the reducing activity of acetochlor at MWCNT-SI)S/GCE was enhanced, compared with that at MWCNT/GCE. In a phosphate buffer solutions of pH 6.0, linear relationship was found between the reduction peak current and the concentration of acetochlor in the range of 5.0 ×10 - 4.5 × 10-6;mol . L-1 , with detection limit (3S/N) of 5.2× 10 -9mol. L -1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of acetochlor in commercially available pesticides, giving results in consistent with those obtained by GC-MS, and recovery obtained by standard addition method in the range of 100%-102%.
