摘要
采用二维有限元法模拟计算地下水位下降、增加建筑荷载等不同工况引起的地面沉降量。结果表明,地下水位下降是引起地面沉降的主要因素,其次是密集的多层建筑,规划中的高层建筑对地面沉降的影响相对较小。由此推断,西安市近年来地面沉降超常发展是由于城中村过量开采地下水和不断加盖多层建筑所引发。
This work adopted two-dimensional finite element method to calculate different ground settlement caused by the decline of groundwater level, the increase of building load and other conditions. The resuh shows that the fall of groundwater level is a major factor of ground subsidence, followed by densely distributed muhi-story buildings, while the impact of planed high-rise buihtings on ground subsidence is relatively small. It can be inferred that the excessive ground subsidence of Xi'an City iu recent years is a consequence of the excessive exploitation of groundwater and building more muhi-story buildings in urban villages.
