摘要
研究了飞机结构件中铝合金-泡沫塑料夹层结构的界面胶接工艺。通过对铝合金-泡沫塑料胶接缺陷的分析,自制了一种环氧胶膜。通过对2种结构的强度对比,表明自制环氧胶膜的应用可有效改善铝合金-泡沫塑料界面胶接质量。
In a certain aircraft structural component ,a type of bonding technology used in the cemented surface of aluminium alloy-polyfoam sandwich structure was investigated in this article.By analyzing the defects located at the cemented surface,a kind of self-made epoxy film adhesive was designed. The strength comparison of two different bonding structure was carried out. The results showed that using the self-made epoxy film adhesive improved the bonding quality of cemented surface effectively.
