摘要
集装箱以其高效的装卸效率和较低的运营费用,备受海运行业青睐。集装箱的作业环节均存在着较多的单证处理要求,包括验收、提取、装卸、堆存、装箱、拆箱、收费、海关、检验、检疫等环节。文中将围绕出口过程中的放箱环节,研究在设备交接单流转和空箱回场过程中产生的问题,并据此提出合理建议。
Container handling is a highly effective way with so low operating costs that got favored by the maritime industry. Operational aspects of the container there are more document processing requirements, including acceptance,extraction, handling, storage, packing, unpacking, fees, customs, inspection and quarantine and other links. This paper will focus on the export process, research issues arising in the EIR circulation and empty containers back to the field process, and put forward reasonable proposals.
