对血站血液报废原因分析及应对策略的效果评价 被引量:9

Analysis of blood scrap in blood stations and evaluation of countermeasure effectiveness

摘要 目的对本站2006—2017年的血液报废情况进行回顾性分析,评价针对报废原因采取相应的纠正措施的效果。并对报废原因制定相应的策略使血液报废率持续降低。方法统计过去12年的年均报废率及各报废原因的年均报废率,采用统计学方法进行分析,研究对突出报废项目制定相应策略的效果。结果针对不同报废原因进行相应的预防策略,使本站的血液报废率随着采血量的增高而呈现逐年下降的趋势。血液的总报废率由2006年的6.97%下降到2017年的1.84%(P<0.01),其中ALT和过期血与年份Pearson相关性分别为-0.752和-0.912(P<0.01);血量异常和破袋血和离心破损与年份Pearson相关性分别为-0.682和-0.642和-0.651(P<0.05)即随着年份增长以上原因的报废率均在降低;凝块血和意外抗体与年份Pearson相关性分别为0.922和0.934(P<0.01)即随着年份增长两者的报废率均在升高。其余各项原因的报废比例较低,各年份差异在统计学上也无意义(P>0.05)。结论针对不同的血液报废原因采取由针对性的纠正和预防措施,会显著降低血液报废率,提升血液质量。 Objective To retrospectively analyze the blood scrap status of the station from 2006 to 2017,and evaluate the effect countermeasures for particular blood scrap causes.Corresponding strategies were to be made for these causes to continuously reduce the scrap rate of blood.Methods the average annual scrap rate and the average annual scrap rate of each scrap cause in the past 12 years were summarized.Statistical analysis was performed to evaluate and study the effect of formulating corresponding strategies for main scrap factors.Results The corresponding preventive strategies were carried out to counter each specific scrap factor.The scrap rate of blood in the station has therefore decreased year by year even with increased blood collection.The total scrap rate of blood decreased from 6.97%in 2006 to 1.84%in 2017(P<0.01),in which the correlation between ALT and expired blood and Pearson of the year was-0.752 and-0.912,respectively(P<0.01).The Pearson correlation between abnormal blood volume,bag-breaking blood and centrifugal damage were-0.682,-0.642 and-0.651,respectively(P<0.05),indicating that the scrap rate of the above causes decreased.The correlation between the clot blood and the accidental antibody and the year Pearson was 0.922 and 0.934,respectively(P<0.01),suggesting that the scrap rates increased yearly.The scrap ratios of other factors were low,and the difference in each year was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion taking targeted corrective and preventive measures for particular causes of blood scrap can significantly reduce the rate of blood scrap and improve the quality of blood.
