摘要
为了选择合理的施工方案,针对隐式中墙复合式连拱隧道,对多种施工方案进行了数值模拟。分析结果表明:在多种施工方案条件下,隐式中墙复合式连拱隧道结构均能保证施工安全;对称中隔壁法和平行中隔壁法在结构安全和变形控制上较为有利。平行中隔壁法中的主辅洞间隔、同步并行施工方案是最经济、最快捷、最环保的方案,其综合进度指标比普通中导洞法提高107%,比三导洞法提高79%,可大幅提高连拱隧道的施工效率。上台阶开挖和拆撑为控制变形的关键工序,辅洞拱部与中墙搭接处、辅洞仰拱与中墙搭接处为结构安全控制部位。
Several construction schemes are studied for a double-arch tunnel with concealed central wall by means of numerical simulation, so as to select reasonable construction scheme. Conclusions drawn are as follows: The tunnel structure with concealed central wall can maintain the construction safety; The symmetrical temporary central wall method and the parallel temporary central wall method are more favorable in structural safety and deformation control; In the case of parallel temporary central wall method, the scheme of driving the main tunnel and secondary tunnel simultaneously with some distance delay is the most cost-effective, the quickest and the most environment-friendly scheme, which can greatly improve the construction efficiency of double-arch tunnels; The comprehensive tunneling index of the mentioned scheme is increased by 107% compared to the conventional central pilot method, and by 79% compared to three-pilot method. Analysis also shows that the excavation and support removing of the top heading is the key process in deformation control, and the joint between the arch of the secondary tunnel and the central wall and the joint between the invert of the secondary tunnel and the central wall are critical points in structural safety control.
