摘要
总结浙江建设职教集团改革发展的经验,分析职教集团发展中存在的困难和问题,重点探索职教集团作为当前体制背景下高职教育教学改革多元参与的组织载体,在推动学院内涵建设方面的作用;探索以"平台搭建法"、"目标导向法"、"整体解决法"、"校企共育法"等方法建立资源共建共享机制,充分发挥职教集团的功能和效应,推动学院内涵建设。
This article summarizes the experience in the reform Group of Construction, analyzes the difficulties and problems in and development of Zhejiang Vocational Education its development, explores the role of multi -partic- ipated vocational education group in promoting connotation construction under the current system. It also explores the methods of "platform construction", "goal orientation", "overall resolution" and "school -enterprise coopera- tion" to establish resource sharing mechanism, gives full play to the function and effectiveness of vocational educa- tion group to promote connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
