基于SPH无网格法的精密播种圆盘覆土器仿真研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对圆盘覆土器耕作过程中种子触土后位移随土流运动变化较大的问题,通过对圆盘覆土器切削土壤的动力学建模,分析得出切削应力和切削角及剪切破裂角之间的变化关系,运用SPH(光滑粒子流体动力学)无网格仿真,对圆盘覆土器不同参数下种子位移量变化做分析比较,得出不同参数下种子触土后的位移变化曲线,最后通过方差计算和趋势图分析得出正交试验中各参数对位移量的影响程度及最优参数配比,为完善精播理论及新设备的研制提供依据。 During the cultivation process of the disc covering device, the seed displacement was become lager with the earth-flow movement after touching the soil. In light of this problem, through the dynamic modeling of the disc covering device established, the relationship between cutting force and cutting angle and shear rupture angle was analyzed. And the changes of seed displacements under the different parameters were compared using the mesh-less simulation of SPH (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics). The displacement curves after seeds touching soil were obtained. The influence degree of displacements by parameters and optimal parameter ratio were obtained by the variance calculation in the orthogonal test and trend chart, which provides the basis for the development of theory and equipment to improve the precision seeding.
