摘要 探讨了小波变换和形态学在机织物经纬密度自动检测中的应用。提出先对机织物图像进行预处理,然后进行小波变换,重点研究了相关系数法在最佳重构层次选择中的作用,从而区分出经纱和纬纱信息,并运用数学形态学对二值化后的图像进行修正。最后探讨了平滑后条纹自动计数算法,并由此推导了经纬密度的计算方式。结果表明:该综合方法对平纹织物经纬密度检测的精确度较高,具有一定实用价值。 The application of automatic density detection of woven fabric based on wavelet transform and mor- phology was discussed. Firstly the woven fabric image preprocessing was put forward, then wavelet transform was used, the function of correlation coefficient method on the optimal restructuring level selection was mainly studied in order to distinguish warp and weft information; the image after binaryzation was modified by using mathematical morphology ; automatic counting algorithm was discussed and the calculation method of warp/weft density was de- rived. The results showed that this method could get more accurate value of density detection of plain weave and had certain practical value.
