摘要 对淬火后Cr12MoV钢试样进行不同温度和时间的回火处理,并对回火后试样的力学性能和微观组织进行分析。结果表明,回火时间对试样微观组织结构以及力学性能有显著影响,当回火时间由0.5 h增加到3 h,回火后析出的合金碳化物组织更为细小,回火后试样畸变和残余应力更小,表面硬度分布更均匀;与回火时间相比,回火温度从490℃升至510℃时,回火组织和力学性能变化很小。因此,采用490℃回火3 h可以同时满足提高性能和节能的需要。 The quenched Cr12 MoV steel samples were tempered at different tempering temperatures and time. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the samples after tempering were analysed. The results show that the tempering time has significant effect on microstructure and mechanical properties. When tempering time is from 0. 5 h to 3 h,the carbide size of alloy is more finer with the increasing of tempering time,the distortion and residual stress are lower,the distribution of hardness is more uniformly. In contrast,when tempering temperature is from 490 ℃ to 510 ℃,the tempering temperature has small influence on tempered microstructure and mechanical properties. Therefore,tempering at 490 ℃ for 3 h can satisfy requirement to improve performance and save energy.
