摘要
目的考察十六十八烷基葡糖苷(APG1618)与十二十四葡糖苷(APG1214)、辛癸基葡糖苷(APG0810)不同的复配比例对乳膏微观结构和物理稳定性的影响。方法通过偏光显微镜、热重差热分析、电导率值、流变学表征乳膏微观结构,然后宏观稳定性方法考察乳膏的稳定性。结果随着十六十八烷基糖苷比例的减少,乳膏中的球形层状液晶结构边缘变得不清晰,数量少,其亲脂凝胶相和宏观稳定性减弱,电导值增加。结论在复配中,随着APG1618的减少,乳膏微观结构和物理稳定性均减弱。
AIM To investigate the effects of different ratios of mixed APG1618 and APG1214,APG0810 on the microstructures of creams and physical stabilities of creams. METHODS The microstructures of creams were examined by polarized light microscope,thermal gravimetric analysis,conductivity value and rheological property.Then the stabilities of the creams were investigated by macro-stability method. RESULTS With the reduction of APG1618 proportion,the structure edges of spherical lamellar liquid crystals of creams,with a decrease in number,got less clear. The lipophilic gel phases and macroscopic stabilities of them diminished,but manifested an increase in conductivity value. CONCLUSION In the complex formulations,the microstructures and physical stabilities of creams compromise with the reduction of APG1618.
