摘要
在民航客机维修间隔优化的研究中,针对飞机部件最优维修间隔难以确定的问题,通过分析部件可靠性数据,对故障数据符合威布尔分布的飞机部件,提出运用极大似然估计确定分布参数的方法;并结合预防性维修可用度模型,确定部件可用度最大的预防性维修间隔制定方法。以波音737NG系列飞机总温探头失效数据为例,依据文中提出的方法,可确定预防性维修间隔,结果表明预防性维修间隔与维修水平相关,与实际应用吻合。证明提出的维修间隔优化方法对实际工作中维修间隔制定具有重要的指导意义。
In view of the problem that aircraft component optimal maintenance interval is difficult to determine in the airline maintenance of civil aircraft industry, the paper focused on optimizing task interval according to analyzing the reliabihty data of aircraft components. Weibull maximum likelihood estimator was used to identify the distribution parameter of aircraft components. The preventive maintenance availability model was used to identify the inspection interval that maximizes the availability. Taking the failure data of B737NG total air temperature probe as an example, the data were used to identify the preventive maintenance intervals with above method. And the result verifies the fea- sibility of the method, which has important reference value to identify and optimize maintenance intervals.
