摘要
河北某超贫磁铁矿矿石储量大,全铁含量为14.64%,磁性铁含量仅占全铁的47.88%。矿石中,有用矿物主要为磁铁矿。在破碎至-12mm粒度、磁场强度159kA/m、带速1.2m/s的条件下,磁滑轮干式预选可以抛出产率为68.32%、磁性铁含量为0.58%的尾矿,磁性铁作业回收率达90%以上。围岩混入会影响磁性铁的回收。本研究为该超贫磁铁矿的合理开发利用提供技术支撑。
The content of total iron is 14.64% and the magnetic iron only accounts tor 47.88% ot thetotal iron in an ultralow-grade iron mine inHebei, but its reserves is great. Magnetite is the main valuablemineral. The yield of the tailings reaches 68. 32% by dry preconcentrationwith magnetic pulley, and themagnetic iron content of the tailings is 0.58%, whichthe recovery of the magnetic iron is above 90%. Theinterfusion of the wall rock will affect the recovery of the magnetic iron. The investigation provides thetechnical support for the reasonable exploitation of the ultralow-grade iron ores.
