摘要 凝灰岩型氧化铜矿浮选过程中,矿泥对浮选过程产生严重影响。采用SEM-EDS对矿泥、浮选精矿和尾矿的形貌及矿物组成进行表征,测量矿泥比表面积,药剂吸附量,研究矿泥对捕收剂的吸附特性。结果表明:凝灰岩矿泥表面为鳞片、薄片状,比表面积大,对捕收剂吸附活性高。提高矿浆温度,取消起泡剂,氧化铜矿浮选效果得到改善。一粗两精三扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程能够获得品位21.40%、回收率86.25%的铜精矿。 One of the major technological challenges to float tuff type copper oxide ore is the presence of slime. Slime has various effects on flotation processing. The structure and mineral composition of tuff slime, concentrate and tailings were discussed by means of SEM and EDS. The results of specific surface area andcollector adsorption of tuff slim show that tuff slime exhibit rough surface and that extensive fissures are formed in a relatively open structure. It was found that tuff slime had a strong adsorption activity, which was attributed to its large surface area. Improving the slurry temperature and canceling the frother were found to have a beneficial effect on copper oxide ore flotation. The copper recovery and grade were 86. 25% and 21. 40% through one rougher-two cleanings-three scavenges closed-circuit flow sheet on optimum reagent condition.
